About e-FNARs

e-FNARs allow you to view data and computed values of your students' CSS Profile Applications in .pdf format on this site.

Viewing your e-FNARs
Sign into finaid online using your College Board user name and password. Once you sign in, you will be asked to enter the student's CSS ID, Social Security Number, or last name. If the student has authorized your institution to receive data, you will be able to view the student's e-FNAR, which includes all of the information entered on the student's application and the computation results.

There is no limit to the number of staff members who can view e-FNARs at the same time.

To view e-FNARs you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or higher loaded on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software available at http://get.adobe.com/reader. Adobe Acrobat Standard and Adobe Acrobat Pro are fee based products that also allow you to view PDF documents. These versions offer additional features and functions such as highlighting and commenting. For a full comparison of features contained in Reader, Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Pro, please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/matrix.html.

Please note, some browsers have default viewers that do not have the same functionality as Adobe. In most cases you will be able to see the image, but will lose functionality such as setting a default viewing size. You must use an Adobe product to utilize all functionality.

e-FNAR Availability
A student's e-FNAR is usually available within 12 hours after the student submits his or her application. e-FNARs are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are accessible online until June 2019 for the 2017-18 processing cycle and June 2018 for the 2016-17 processing cycle.

Downloading e-FNARs
Institutions who wish to integrate their e-FNARs into their on-campus financial aid system may select on the SOF to download files containing each day's e-FNARs. See the SOF and its instructions for more information.

PowerFAIDS and e-FNARs
